Privacy Policy
Neon Exorcists · Last updated: 1 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Neon Exorcists ("the app", "we", "us")
handles information when you play. We built the game to respect your privacy: there are no user accounts,
we do not sell your data, and we do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Who we are
The app is developed and published by Oleg Ptukh. For any privacy question or request, contact us at
oleg.ptuh@gmail.com.
Information we process
- Analytics data — via Google Firebase Analytics: in-app events (e.g. screens opened,
runs started/completed), general usage statistics, and a device/app-instance identifier generated by the
Firebase SDK. This is used in aggregate to understand how the game is played and to improve it. It is not
linked to your real-world identity.
- Crash & diagnostic data — via Google Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports, error logs,
and basic device/OS/app-version information collected when the app crashes, so we can fix problems.
- Game progress — your levels, squad, currency and settings are stored only on your
device. We do not upload or store your progress on our servers.
- Purchases — in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We never receive or store your payment card details; we only learn that a purchase was completed so we can
deliver the item.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising
identifier (IDFA). The app does not show third-party ads and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
How we use information
- To operate the game and deliver purchased content.
- To measure engagement and improve gameplay, balance and stability.
- To diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Third-party services
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Reset your data — use Settings → Reset Progress in the app to delete your local
save.
- Limit analytics — you can restrict tracking/analytics in your device's iOS settings.
- Access or deletion request — email oleg.ptuh@gmail.com
and we will respond.
Data retention & security
Analytics and crash data are retained by Google Firebase according to their standard retention settings.
On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. We rely on the security of Apple's and Google's
platforms; no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
International transfers
Analytics and crash data may be processed on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated"
